I used to “walk” my first dog on a skateboard. Part of our walk went through a trailer park, going downhill, with speed bumps. The dog got to run, I learned how to negotiate speed bumps going 20 miles an hour (felt more like 40) on a skate board, we both had a smile on our face.
I only crashed once, on a flat sidewalk. Me and my dog got up to speed, I hit a pebble, let go of the leash, the dog came back to make sure I was ok.
Regarding speed bumps, I don’t like them either; but unfortunately, way too many folks are in way to much of a hurry traveling through parking lots or entrances to schools, etc..Assuming of course, they are actually paying attention to their surroundings instead of punching their dang hand held devices…

I hate all speed bumpsthey are built for people who think roads are playgrounds rather than passagewaysThey don’t let you go the posted speed.
