After looking for several minutes I would have to call her for help and she would find it sitting in the very front of the cabinet in plain site. What is is with us men and locating things. I think wives have special powers that they use to make things invisible until they come to help.
My skin doctor told me to have my husband check for suspicious spots in areas that I couldn’t see. I told him it would be futile as he couldn’t find a bottle of catsup in the frig. Once, after being married for ten or so years, he asked me where the pots and pans were kept.
@Mythreesons - it’s amazing just how helpless they like to be. My X needed me to pause while making his breakfast to find all his clothes, underwear and sox for each day. I also had 3 sons, then a daughter. I divorced him once they were all in school full time, so I could work;-)
Sometimes I think guys are clueless on purpose. They are either lazy and figure it will get them out of work, or they have this strange notion that we women have a need that gets fulfilled by doing all the work at home. I have a need to feel wanted - for myself, not just my work abilities!
Actually this was my GOOD husband who couldn’t find anything. But he could fix anything. My first husband wanted an electric outlet in the bathroom for shaving so put one in where the light switch was wired. Unfortunately he put it in upside down and had to turn off the light for the outlet to work. We lived there several years after that and he never re-did it. Bothered company some.
