There’s a great comedy recording where Bob Newman is a new night watchman the night that King Kong climbs the Empire State Building. “No sir, I don’t think he signed the guest register.”

Tomorrow night “The Planet of the Apes.”

I thought this was an innocent comic strip, yet Lio is talking about bi planes……….

(To be truly innocent, I suppose it should be a “comic clothed”……..)

Newhart: Yes, sir, but it might be a significant drain on the expense account. Well, sir, I thought I’d get a helicopter and cover the Chrysler building with bananas. Hello? Hello?.(this might be paraphrased a little – I don’t have access to my Newhart collection. :-) )
