Both: Stevie Wonder twins powers activate!
Woman: Shape of...a very superstitious cat!
Man: Form of...an ice ribbon in the sky!
Both: Commence to seeking of higher ground!
Haha, love it! Most of the commentators are 10 zillion light years from getting this. The wonder twins are on the hunt for evil; they may need the help of wonder wowman, too.
The Wonder Twins, Jan & Jayce, helped to fight inter-galactic crime on Saturday mornings with their guardian Space Ghost oh so many years ago. This spoofs Stevie Wonder. ha ha
The “Wonder Twins” are a DC Comics brother/sister superhero pair from the 1970’s Superfriends tv show. Touching their hands together activates their superpowers. Jayna (the girl) can turn into any animal she names…the cat reference, Zan (her brother) can turn into any form of water that he names (liquid, gas, solid) thus the ice reference. The writer is going for a play on words using the R&B artist Stevie Wonder songs (Superstition, Ribbon in the Sky, and Higher Ground) combined with the Wonder Twins schtick.
This confusion is what happens when you make references to two completely different things that both happened OVER 30 YEARS ago. On top of that, what the heck is the point? It might as well be two donkeys wearing sombreros if they’re just spitting out old song references for no apparent reason.

Superstitions — 1972 Ribbon in the Sky — 1982 Higher Ground — 1973. All Stevie hits….but a stretch on Scott’s part for his usual level of humor
