I’ve never heard of a baby being referred to as “supplies for a children’s refugee camp.” Maybe that’s just a really large sausage.

Looks like there are a few children with her as well (see first panel).

It looks like to me in panel 6 Rip takes out the goon? … and what’s with the bundle of joy? … and the tykes in panel 1 … now this just keep getting better. Cool + interesting = another day at the office for our hero.

Funny, I often used as a pickup line: “In another universe, you and made babies together,” but it never got much traction. A “eww” was about the best I got.
