    Lack of worries is the great thing about being young. Learn from that. When you get old, quit worrying, and grow young. .Why worry anyway? If you could do something about it, you would have done it and not have to worry. If you can’t do anything about it, worry is just a dividend paid to trouble before it’s due. Worry doesn’t fix. Worry just makes it harder to do anything about it. It distracts you from what you should be paying attention to.

    At every age, we worry about things that are important to us. Those things change over time, and often seem to us in hindsight to have been trivial. But they were vital at the time and in our minds. Parents sometimes forget this and dismiss their children’s concerns, but those worries are very real and immediate to the kid.
