what a fun run it is to be in the mud

It doesn’t look like they’re doing much running.

Brad just doesn’t want Frank to experience a loss of “Titanic” proportions…. – Especially since it could unforseeably cause a financial disaster … – And then Nancy would have to hurl everything at Frank, all except the kitchen sink ….but only because she’d have to remove it, first…

C’mon Frank, that ‘mountain’ you just climbed was about 4 feet tall. Now let’s see you get down it still standing up.

Well, up to this point, it seems the obstacles aren’t as daunting as one would have thought. And it also seems that they are managing well. So it should be a relief to us that so far, Frank’s “Heart Will Go On” (♫)…. – And I’m guessing Frank and Brad won’t be doing a “Leo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet” moment right now, with their arms all extended and such….

Rosa would be good at this, and she could pick up sticks along the way.

Seems Jock should be here. He could make a toilet out of it..Our other athlete is Ox, but he wouldn’t be able to get through the pipe.

Turnabout. Brad is giving advice to his Dad.

I thought this was a race. They appear to be taking their time.

“Just wait until Frank and Brad realize that they accidentally got on the wrong course…”^Ha ha!!! Looking at the map from Monday, would seem to fit! Those obstacles seemed “kinda tame”, given their names… –

But if a race were to ask; “Who’s your daddy?” I believe that this one would say that to any Mud Race…– This race, the Maldon Mud Race in England, is probably the proud parent of the Mud Races like Brad and Frank are running (probably along with the courses run in the military)….

>>But, seriously, I believe that all participants get hosed down after the run is over. And Frank and Brad moist likely brought fresh changes of clothes.<<
I like this wording. Slightly punny, even if it wasn’t intentional.

Where are the fire ants, now that we need them?

One challenge at a time. Then the next one, and the next one…..……and then you win.

Well, at least Frank’s ticker isn’t going to be overly challenged. Just his wallet, when he buys the warehouse and tries to run a bunch of businesses with no info…

Brad is stepping off the mountain into empty space! He’s headed for a fall. Is he going to sprain an ankle, so Dad has to help him finish?*They needed a climibing rope to get up the “mountain”? How humiliating!

Yeah, that, and Ninja Warrior. The Mrs. and I love those two! (personally, I love the Japanese version of NW, a lot more than the “Yank” version)…. – But the one thing that pointspread was looking for that they don’t have distinctively, was a bunch of people “pushing and shoving” to complete a course all at the same time(hopefully just in an “expected” competitive way, and not the rude “last milk and bread before a storm” or “bridal gown shopping” kind). On NW and Wipeout, they sort of only push themselves to a stumble and bumble … which is still funny… – There used to also be a stunt driving obstacle course on ABC called Crash Course, and it had it’s funny moments, too…

Some races have areas and arrangements in place to let you change (some of the events will tell you to bring extra clothes to go home in), and some may not…

Actually, the end appears to be near, and seems funnier than the rest of the arc..
