At my work, anyone’s cell phone who rings while on the job will have it confiscated by the boss, you can pick it up at the end of your shift. If it happens a 2nd time, your fired or if you refuse to hand it over, your fired. It is very clearly in company policy no cell phones are even allowed on the work floor, but they are nice enough to allow people to have them on silent.
Oh and caught texting, same penalty as caught with a phone call.

Yes but the way that his body is turned the ball is up and to his right. It is up and to the left from our vantage point though.
