QueenJust be glad you aren’t in Portland, OHS just had to rescue 100 cats! The lady (and I say that loosely) called and said to come and get them. Disgusting premises. Lots went to foster, and you can adopt an adult cat for 95 cents from the Oregon Humane Society! Yay for them!

I thought she will clean their den OF mice… and that I wouldn’t want to know what food will the poor schnauzer get.

But Oliver, what about some stink lines around Lily?I gave in last night, and let poodle in to sleep. Besides, how can I stay made at this face?I tried to take a picture but she wanted to sniff the lens!

Good morning all. New avatar is of 3 of my cats who have passed. The one on the left is Nigel, the English butler, to the right is Pixel, the golden lion, and in the back is the pretty little Furby girl. Feel free to enlarge, I haven’t got the knack of posting pictures yet.

Precious isn’t responding to the antibiotics. I need all the prayers and good thoughts everyone can muster. She is my baby and with everything else going on in my life, I couldn’t handle losing her. Will call the vet as soon as they open this morning and see if they want to change the meds. She is eating, drinking and slept on me all night. It is just her peeing where she shouldn’t . That is the only thing out of whack. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I do know that they make me feel better if nothing else. Will keep you all posted on her progress.

I know I don’t post on here very often but I wish all the best to everyone’ Lots of good karma to anyone with problems, including but not restricted to the four legged members of the family. I feel that we have all become family.It looks like Annie is in for a week of shocks with sweet Oliver doing the strips. Love it.

This is the new foster girl. The one next to her is trying to be her BFF. Then there is “the mouth” trying to get into the act.

This is ‘the mouth". He starts screeching the minute I walk in and doesn’t stop until I walk out. I’m surprised he doesn’t have a sore throat.

On a side note, our humming bird babies are thriving. I see their little heads bopping up and down when mama is off the nest. We watch her feed them.

If you zoom in, you can see the babys’ beak. I think she is cooling her wingpits.

Sending many positive thoughts to sweet Precious. I have filled litter boxes with leaves and dirt when there have been issues and the cats have gone right to it. Of course, it begins to smell rather quickly…

Be well my friend.@Starman1948Thank you. I live near Addicks Reservoir between Houston and Katy Texas. A lot of people come out here to “throw away” or dump their unwanted pets. My neighbor and I try to feed, doctor and sometimes shelter these poor cats. I always put some high protein food out every other day so that the cats get some better nutrition. (It beats eating lizards lol) Take care, Rose >^..^<
