Yeah, American Express is my lifeblood and Visa my backup - not the other way around. (Not that I have anything against Visa, far from it, but I like the way AMEX does things.)

LafInLarry, the Danny Kaye scene was funny–especially since the clerk could have just used the Rolodex system she had without the gigantic mechanical “finder.” Boy–things have come a long way.

Silly for the pigeon to represent them - I feed the others and throw things at the pigeons. My birds appreciate everything I feed them (except for my pet) who is fussy but I insist on giving him healthy breads and veggies-won’t eat grapes on the kitchen counter yet but wants to eat those when I toss them on the patio -silly baby!

I think I might have seen a cartoon like this on Ziggy once.
