Signs your herpetology teacher may not be certified
this is very creepy
Because the answers should be:Will eat you now? Will save you for later?
See you later alligator…see you in a while crocodile.
No problem…. he may not be certified, but he’s obviously certifiable….
Wrestling with the answers.
Sign that your teacher came of age in the 1950s.
Crocodiles have narrow snouts and alligators have rounded snouts. Actually a clever way to find out if the student know the difference.

Oh my! I was born in the 40s and I still had to read the comments to get this one. Took me a while crocodile and definitely later than the gator.
Any faithful reader of Pogo would pass the test easily!!
Alligator: Nose like a “U” top teeth are seen when mouth is closed
Crocodile: Nose like a “Y” top and bottom teeth seen when mouth is closed.
Clever teacher, making students think outside the box. I’d be proud to teach like this… and I’d give them extra credit if they told me that alligators and crocodiles weren’t actually lizards.
