I have to admit, I have a shed behind my house with the door propped shut just like that – because the old rusted lock is broken. Unfortunately, there’s nothing more interesting in there than some old lawn furniture and a good-sized woodchuck hole.

I’m getting the feeling that Jeffrey and his time machine will show up real soon!

it’s just a door with a broken latch & the pole is keeping it closed. how the mind can wander… LOL.

Maybe they are on the inside and just don’t know it. Maybe opening the door will let them see the real world.

I think Danae would be so thrilled excitedly and Katie looks so frightened about that mysterious shed.

I’m always amazed at how much WIley can put into a single strip - not just the number of panels, but the expressions, dialogue, and real characterizations.

In other strips, the contents of today’s strip would be spread over three days, where it would loose it’s timing - and the effect of Danae’s realization (you can almost hear her gasp), and the realistic exchange in panel 6.

Great stuff.

Well, I still say they should not touch the door without at least checking the window.

The most scariest thing I can think of is, it’s an outhouse, and they’ll find Captain Eddie sitting in there using it..
