Teena: “Where can you trade in a big sister?”
Jeri being diplomatic. Giving Teena a chance to rectify her “dismal” choice, avoiding a scene on Xmas morning!
A coat? Really? Is her budget unlimited?
I never understood anyone wanting to find their presents ahead of time to see what they were getting. The surprise is such a big part of receiving (and sometimes there are “funny” surprises)! It’s better for the audience too.
Just asking, why are we reading Holiday themed story lines in April?
Just get Jeri a $20 gift card to the mall that can be used in any store. Or just money, that works too.
