Another reference to legendary prog rockers Jethro Tull love it!

The year that Jethro Tull released their first album they won best new metal band. It was also the same year that Metallica released their first album.

My god! The old rocker-warrior is living in the past. And yes, Tull is awesome.

I think I’ll sit this one out…

The band’s name is “Jethro Tull,” not “Tull.” There was a DJ on the local “classic rock” station who would do this. Before the commercial break he would announce, “up next… some Skynyrd, Priest and we’ll start things off with some Leppard…” No, the bands’ names are Lynyrd Skynyrd, Judas Priest and Def Leppard. I guess he thought this sounded “cool” but it was really stupid and lazy. I couldn’t stand listening to the guy.

Given how Jeri bungled, I hope she never goes into the jungle.
