It looks like they’re melting whatever it is, and are getting overwhelmed by it. Why did they charge into it in the first place? I’m no expert on tactics, but it would seem that stopping by the edge and shooting at it would be safer.

Well, that was an eye-popping sight.I think the sea of red may represent the mutant population. The riders represent not just Topsiders, but everyone not a mutant, pre-Topsider, afraid the mutations will spread to them. They’re trying to eliminate the mutants because they think they have to. The woman looks like she doesn’t want to. But the wave of mutant blood is too much and wash over them.
If they’re riding into a sea of melting people, who on earth are they shooting at? And why? And why does the lead rider in the first panel have tears in his/her eyes while he/she is shooting? Did Wally’s balloon burst or was it deliberately shot out? So many questions, so few answers. The red is overwhelming the story now.

This just got crazy! Though this is shocking, it’s not surprising for us Neatherized people. Aaron has taken us on some wild rides before, so we just have to buckle up and hang on through this whole chapter. Still, I have an urge to scream with an intensity that would vaporize the southeast corner of my condo building, as well as in a radius of a few miles.
I having been reading Rev. and I didn’t see where it said anything about the destruction of Islam. Damascus is in Syria, but that is not all the Muslims.I did read in Rev:2:9 and in Rev:3:9 that in those (these?) days there will be people in Israel who will say they are Jews but are not real Jews.That is not to say that The real Jews are not also there. I looked this up, and apparently the false Jews are the Khazars, who cam from and area that is not called that anymore. If the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree, then the leaders in Israel are probably the false Jews, because,, Well I have reasons to believe that things are being done that are not in line with His will.
