We can use the public outrage to seize control of the government and become the collectors of wealth according to the ability of the lower classes to produce, and providing only what we feel they need in return, turning the entire country into a Company Town, with us as the company!

Isn’t it interesting that even Socialist countries have their own “One Percenters”. I mean, everybody is not the proletariat.

I see this as a “fly on the wall” comic. I’m sure this discussion is going on in a few boardrooms in the US.

Treesaures needs a thesaurus, or at least a dictionary. Hitler was a fascist, Stalin was a Marxist, Mao was a communist and Pol Pot was just nuts. The one thing they DO all have in common was that they were NOT socialists.

Sounds like most politics to me.

“Seems to come down to a choice between greed for money or a lust for power.”-Money is only a means to power, just as power is only a means to money,It is better, though, to have people just do as you tell them and give you whatever you desire without the need of having to pay them. Doing away with a monetary system and just having pure power among a few elevated members of a ruling class, party, family or other collective is very much superior to just being wealthy or just being powerful.
