Just hope Bribery survives another day. At least until he & Tracy come face-to-face.

The interesting thing today is that Honeymoon is now able to sense where Mysta is and what she is doing. Good progress! So, Mysta got in through that locked door and is now on her way to the 6th floor at the same time as Mr. Bribery is on his way to the mysterious Suite 6B.

The playing card on the wall is messed up. It seems to have a 6 on one corner and a 9 on the other.

Well, I’m off to bed. I have to be up in 6 hours. That’s not enough for me. <sigh>

Up too late watching a murder flick and it got me all upset the good guy got the shaft from his gal and hid buddy shot him….. Man, I aint got no business foolen with that. Poppa Smith must have an ace up his sleeve. And Mysta is surly going to make a big bang!

I’m guessing the playing card number is intentional to denote the floor number.

Diet Smith and the girls seem to have short memory. They seem to have a different understanding of Stay put. This will become a messy affair. With Mysta on the way down and Mr Bigg on the way to freedom, Diet and the girls are going to be caught in the middle and could become hostages.

I think that whatever is in suite 6b might be the means of bring Mysta under Bribery’s control. After all why tell the pilot not to engage her.

I suspect it’s really a floor marker and if the lower six was oriented as on a real card, it might confuse some of the less astute bad guys.

I wish I had a spunky little alien/human otaku hybrid to follow me around and call me “Poppa Dypak”.

Who needs a wrist wizard when they’ve got Lunarian telepathy!I love the way Diet Smith just rolls with it. Telepathy? Okay. Horns? Why not?-So while I wonder if Mr. Bigg and T-Bolt will bump into Diet Smith and the girls (and if Mysta will collide with all of them),how is Fritz Ann?

I wonder why the floor marker isn’t a six of hearts.

Most of the moving parts are on the 6th floor this week.

I think he trusts her, as much as that trust may actually be misplaced. He’s not going to shoot her.

I believe Mysta is heading for room 38D.

I like hate Abner as much as the next warped ghoul, but I think him showing up every year at this precise time might become a little predictably boring …

He’s not as predictable as you might think. His 2013 story wrapped up in the last four and a half days of 2014, but there was no sign of him last Fall, except for one day in October when he was apparently in the shower, December 27 when we heard his voice in the dark, and December 28 when we finally saw him with Rikki rescuing Gruesome and Dr. Einstein.

I think there might have been a story last Fall until the Gruesome opportunity came up. Responding to complaints that dead villains don’t seem to stay dead, Mike has stated that the next story about Abner will be his last. We will have to see whether that still holds, but I know that lots of other villains are waiting in the wings, so there’s no room for him to keep coming back every year.

Is it just me, or does anyone else’s interest level automatically jump whenever Honeymoon or Mysta appears? This psychic bond thing between the two is so completely cool, too. What’s going on with Mysta and Honeymoon and their personal evolutions is elevating my excitement level for this strip ever higher and higher. TWO moon women are going to be integral players in this story going forward? That is completely awesome.

Is there anything right about that playing card on the wall? The bottom number should be upside down, and should be an “A” rather than a 6 (or 9). Either that or there should be six (or nine) hearts in the middle of the card rather than one (and the bottom number is still upside down.)

I hope you guys are wrong about Abner. I certainly will miss him. We’ll get our “asbestos lined coffin for rent” sign ready just in case. Although Abner is skin and bones, he is glowing brightly these days.

Well, Abner’s 10 times as entertaining as Dick, so if we can keep bringing HIM back every year, ALL year, lol…..

It may sound silly to some people, but I’m genuinely excited to read this story each day. Very enjoyable. And I love our new Moon Maid!

It seems that this will be the end of the line for the gang members on floors 4 & 5. Unless there’s another escape route I don’t see any way they won’t be killed or captured. So, will this be the end of the Blackhearts? Didn’t they have a branch in Europe that Bribery came from? They must have some enforcers in the city to keep the money flowing in from their various enterprises. If Bribery gets to Suite 6B he probably will be gone to return in a future story. I believe the gold is still in the building unless it was loaded onto that truck that Mumbles was seen near. So, I think most of this story will get tied up.

Winning the lottery is mine, Puz! Matter-of-fact, it is near the top of my wishes!
