I don’t know if anyone noticed this, but Trudy’s notebook is blue and Nate’s notebook is orange— opposite colors. Similarly, Trudy’s shirt is violet while Nate’s shirt is (mainly) yellow— opposite colors. Also, Trudy’s hair is brown and tied up with a hair tie while Nate’s is jet black and has no accessories. Finally, Trudy is in 7th grade while Nate is in 6th. Later, you will see that Trudy has a cat while Nate hates cats. They are LITERALLY polar opposites. I wonder if this is on purpose.
