Never mind that – what’s this “Trouble on the Cable” stuff? An old movie, or did Bushmiller know about this technology before it emerged?

I did a search because I was curious, and it seems “Trouble on the Cable” basically meant “Experiencing Technical Difficulties, Please Stand By.”.It does kind of sound like a movie title. Like maybe a noir film involving a streetcar.
