If there was still open land to homestead somewhere, I’d move them…build a house, grow my own food and forget working for someone else to earn insufficient money to even live. Last I heard only land available for homesteading is in the driest state of the country, Nevada and you have no water.
My 7 yr old son was recently asked what his favorite subject in school is and he replied, “lunch!”. He made every adult within earshot laugh at that one…but he was serious.
