I got up at 10 minutes to five this morning and was in Beaverton by 7 to help my daughter set up for the Etsy Craft Faire. It was going well until 2pm when a big black cloud came and dumped rain on us for 40 minutes. We packed up and went home. And now i’m dead on my feet (actually I’m sitting)Good night all!

The boys make that “the girls are back in town!” Go! Lily, Jellybean, and Bluebell.

Well, boys should avert their eyes while the ladies lick clean their private parts, I guess.

The wife of the client that had the yard sale for the van campaign made $25.00.Every little bit helps.I also got a $50.00 donation from one of moms old friends in Havasu.

Yes, Annie. The boys eyes are still closed! That’s what happens when they get swollen shut by the actions of a few angry females! :-D We are females, hear us roar! (with apologies to Helen Reddy.)

Wonders what 7 hours of sleep will do. Daughter was feeling really down about the rain, but I told her she was just exhausted, She made almost $200 which is $200 more than most of the other people there made! We plan to do more Fairs, Saturday Markets etc. And she also sells on Etsy (KittylovesLou). I do the “picking” and some sewing too.Ronnie I left a message for you elsewhere, but I do want you to know how sorry I am for your loss. Happy I, too was holding my mother’s hand, its not easy, is it?BevI’m more than ready for Snickerdoodles and "Nannerdaks, even at 11am! (early lunch)! BTW Re: the strip…that is why female cats are called Queens, you don’t see males called Kings do you? LOL

Great strip today Graham but they’re all good and so different, unlike some that can’t seem to get out of the box.

Thanks to all who post the fantastic pictures each and almost every day. I don’t comment daily, but I’m here daily. I do appreciate them all, and feel you are all my friends..

Please do not yell at me for the box in the middle of the floor. There was nothing in the floor until Gweedo brought stuff in the box and then he left the box in the middle of the floor for Buster. My friend Jeane and I have been real good about making sure my place was safe. It isn’t a good picture of Precious. She is a beautiful, soft, lovey (to me), sweetheart. The picture of Buster gives you an idea. Of course, I am just a fat ugly old broad that never looks good in pictures. Gweedo has more pictures of me than even my mom ever had. When you aren’t pretty, you don’t like having your picture taken. I wish there was a way of getting a good picture of Precious. She is so pretty. She just can’t stand to be in the same room with anyone but me.Gweedo and I went out today and got me a laptop so I can now do the things I have missed being able to do. Not sure when I will get up and running. Will have to give back the loaner iPad the end of the week. We also hit the grocery store. My upper thighs are killing me. I had done my exercises before we went out. I need to eat a bite, already took pain meds, and may take a nap in the chair. Bed is where I could sleep in it, but will have to fill you in on the fiasco of trying that with “the brats”. That for a later post.

HI Pam! Nice to see you post today! Don’t worry, no one will yell at you! Buster would give us “what for” if we did, I thnk! :-D

@Graham: Wonderful strip today….the message that female cats rule came through loud and clear!!!! But I do wonder if innocent Oliver and sweet Woof got pummeled along with the rest of the boyz.

@Ppyfss: Pam, the pictures of you with Precious and Buster are wonderful. Such beautiful long haired cats!!! Seems to me that you are doing very well for someone who just weeks ago received 2 new hips. Looking forward to your next progress report.

@Starman: Ronnie, you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Hope y’all have a nice holiday tomorrow. I’m enjoying the time with my mom and go to the pool in the evenings to do my arthritis exercises. There is one old “lady” there that just seems not to like me. She doesn’t know me but keeps making loud snarky comments about me to her friends. I try to get along with everyone but for some reason, she seems to have an attitude and mouth. If she continues, we WILL address the problem. Other than that, all is well. Hugs everyone! Keeping you and yours in my prayers Starman! >^..^<

It’s nearly 9PM and I’m just getting here. Long day – drove to Grand Junction CO to pick up the kittens from KY. (exactly 12 hours, door to door)

Buster looks exactly like what a Buster should look like. He’s very handsome. Poor Precious. She’s just shy.

I agree with daleandkristen: 2 weeks out of surgery and you are doing G-R-E-A-T!

Pictures of me are horrible. I look in the mirror and think I look ok and then I see the photo. ACK!

It’s like Lucy said to Ethel regarding their passport photos:I had a horrible thought – we really look like that!
