Seems there was a “Battle of the Bands”. Subsequently, many of them “broke up”…
I’ve been given resistance bands for use in my home physical therapy sessions, and no one ever showed me that particular exercise…
It’s loaned not lent
“Loan” is a noun; “lend” is a verb. You “lend” someone a “loan.”
Sluggo, mind you, does not speak the King’s English !!!
Resistance is futile.
Seems Sluggo is the one with resistance—-to exercise.
Good news, Millennials! Exercise is one of the very few activities where trying is almost as productive as doing.
