Yes, the tropical birds were the harbingers of the Pyes.

    Amazing artwork today.

OK. So, Gertie, when you finally get around to calling the cops, you can tell them you’ve got the criminals who released the circus animals. I know what. Talk to the Pyes some more. Maybe they’ll confess to more crimes. Then, if you call the cops, say in September, you’ll have lots to tell them.

Plus, the circus animals were soooo tasty.

PS to Gertie: Hit him with the bat already,

I know these guys, they are the ones standing at the mall entrance with the sign that says, “Will work for food.”

I wonder if any of them have ever worked.

Local news tv followed one around once. The guy made around $500 in a day. When he left his post, he went around the corner to hs car(a late model Volvo) and changed into happy hour style casual attire. Good scam.

I suppose the animals followed the Pyes all the way to Walt’s place.

Wow….I was noticing something, not to change the subject….but no more Devonshade. Checked and even the Sunday cartoon that he posted is gone. Maybe Scancarelli got the message of him constantly calling him a hack.

Although I’m sure Jim wouldn’t have enjoyed being insulted (or worse) daily by old whatshisname, I’m also sure he’s not involved in cleaning up the site. Libel law alone would be motivation for GoComics to drop even a paying “Genius” like that one. Ambience is another reason. Enjoy this peace while you can. Trolls have more lives than Voldemort, but they’re usually recognizable– when blowing a single discordant note is your entire act, it’s hard to go about in disguise– and they usually follow the same path to banishment over and over.
