Zonker has found a new way to scare away the customers from that unhealthy joint he works at.

GT has been overlooking the indescriminate use of thumbtacks on chairs by elementary school students for the last 50 years. Where does he get off with this kind of ignorance? Maybe he should be the one getting a tetanus shot? Hmmm? Hmmm?

GT makes tens of dollars while innocent thumbtacks are being bent out of shape.

Please, show us that you’re not a blowhard fanatic and a coward – say openly what you mean, be specific, and cite sources other than the voices in your head. If our government is really murdering Americans who protest against apartheid, I’m sure we all want to know it…but we want objective facts, if you can produce any. If you can’t, well, you can still say whatever you like, but don’t expect anything but contempt.

Apartheid may have ended in 1994 but racism sadly lives on. It would not take long to find objective headlines of racism around the world, committed by both governments and individuals. Hatred knows no bounds and is not limited by something as insignificant as skin color.

All too true, Dypak. We can all make an educated guess that HM isn’t talking about apartheid in South Africa, and there’s no shortage of instances he might be talking about. It’s the cryptic bumper-sticker slogans that have long since gotten old.

If someone has something real and specific to say, they shouldn’t play cutesy word games – just grow up, grow a spine, and say it.

…or make a real point by setting himself on fire. Flambé is just more fun!

Posts about HM that I remember seeing are gone.

I expect that your most recent HM challenge might be removed too.

I wish we would get a more detailed set of suggestions on what is and is not acceptable dialogue on this site.

Don’t flag h-m, just tag h-m. That allows Gocomics to line up h-m’s comments and see that they’re all the same and that h-m never joins the discussion.

H-m is really spam mail, and I assume Gocomics treats it as such.

The champion of the Internet Kill-Switch is that most lefty-left of liberal democrats, Joe Lieberman, who says that China has it, so America needs it too. But, last I heard, Obama was seriously considering it. My source? Not “gospel” - just TheYoungTurks on YouTube, and I’m too lazy to link to their vid/sources or look it up anywhere else myself.

Lieberman is not a lefty. He serves himself and another calling (my opinion).

I don’t believe China had a kill switch, I thought Google left because they were not going to censor their search engine for China or anybody else. China lost it, not killed it. Or so I thought. GT always makes me chuckle at the absurd.

I’m reminded of a PSA Pat Paulsen (previously a regular on the Smothers Brothers show) did in the early 70s, where he played a fisherman standing in a stream, expressing his skepticism over the seriousness of water pollution. Even as he speaks, dead fish are floating past him, and he picks up one and says that it’s perfectly safe and fit for human consumption, adding “It might smell a little funny, but I’m sure that’ll cook out of it.”
