Me Dad worked in construction during the building boom after WWII. I think my shortest stay in a school was 2 weeks.Being a card carrying Dweeb, as I was, gym was like opening season on the new kid. When we were at home, the school didn’t have a gym, but most of us kids did farm work, anyway.
