And now the dramatic final scene... 1% man is surrounded by riffraff!... No escape! They try to indoctrinate him into their fold... They offer him repellent hobo gruel! And begin to dance and sing moronic folk songs!... This land is your land... How much longer can 1% man possibly endure this onslaught?! This land is my land...

Reminds me of Bob Roberts (the movie) when Bob sings, “This Land is Our Land,” referring to the 1%.

In the shadow of the steeple I saw my people, By the relief office I seen my people; As they stood there hungry, I stood there asking Is this land made for you and me?

I was daydreaming and got off into a Monty arc:A bit Batman, a bit Sabrina, a bit Madoff. The wealthy adults are discovered to be investment scammers while on vacation. While returning their yacht goes missing. This comes out in conversations between Monty and friends. The butler is the child’s guardian in the Wills. They are permitted to keep the gardener’s cottage. This leads to major adjustments, strange ways found to fit into the neighborhood and into public school, Jarvis being able to finally confess his love for one of the household staff, Jarvis using his degree (education? psychiatry? sports?) and a radical power shift btwn the individuals. It also introduces a new wealthy family to the neighborhood.so, for the fun of it, what major story arcs might you find entrancing?
