A response from tech support that quickly?! Why, it’s a Christmas miracle!

Garfields had naps longer than that, so what’s there to be afraid of?

What I love is when I have problems with a web site, and when I call, I hear, “You can get the answers to your problem on our web site.”

Correct-amundo? When did Fonzie start working tech support?

An iPad?

He must be in the Fast Pass line.

The only thing worse than the wait time is the guy with the thick Pakistani accent on the other end who barely knows English.

Boy howdy. Been THERE.

The flip side is that when you have to wait that long for tech support, the company hasn’t hired enough tech support people to handle their likely volume of calls. The people who actually have to answer these calls are taking call after call from people who are crabby because they have been kept waiting.

Boy, I haven’t heard “correctamundo” in about fifteen years.

Check out tech support for Tracfone sometime. I’ve spent 12 hours total and two months trying to switch a number and minutes to a new phone. Still haven’t been able to do it. They are the worst!!!

The horror!

Why should that be a problem for Garfield? He can just sleep for 432 minutes.
