Regarding 4th wall, I thought to officially break it there had to be some dialogue directed to the audience. The example that first comes to mind is when Bugs Bunny turns toward the audience and says, “Ain’t I a stinker”?

They didn’t officially break it. Maria hasn’t actually recognized its existence, and Bob only dreamed it.
