I liked the original. What’s his thesis? Human reproduction?.I noticed that she’s not promising to be faithful. Reminds me of a ex girlfriend. I assumed she was offering the same promise. That’s why she’s an ex girlfriend.
“Until I catch you, of course!” Well, isn’t that the way it always goes!?Oh, and warjoski, just because the bride doesn’t wear white doesn’t mean she doesn’t have room to talk, as context would dictate. My bride didn’t wear white. She had a relationship almost 20 years before I met her. In fact, her son walked her down the aisle, not her father. But while it was the first marriage for either of us (still going strong 20 years later [we married late]), she was cognizant enough of the symbolism that she chose a cream-colored gown. Her choice; not even my suggestion. (What, you think I’d be stupid enough to raise the issue!?)

Hmm. I don’t think I’ve used those lines before. But similar themes—-probably so.

Who’s the third party in the original art? Is she promising herself to test his faith?

The Bride’s not wearing white. So does that mean she has room to talk?
