No one say anything! Not everyone knows where that comes from!
[Spoiler Alert!]
Actually, that’s about all I do know about it,
So the WWI Flying Ace is actually a wealthy newspaper publisher.
Well, Snoopy IS a K-9.
So Random, but so funny…
Don’t post comments just saying first, please
1968 strips resume today with a nod to Citizen Kane.
How did Snoopy get his hands on it? I thought Ben Mankiewicz had Rosebud.
Reading this comic as a kid in approx 1967 (and yes, I remember it!), I did not understand the reference. Of course, 50 years later, I do. But I’m sure generations of kids have been left scratching their heads over this one.
‘Citizen Kane’ is a 1941 American drama film by Orson Welles. A really gripping plot.
Rosebud, Kane’s last word. Excellent must-see movie.
For anyone who needs it, Rosebud explained.
In other spoiler news, Disney cartoons have happy endings……..
The name was on the sled when it was manufactured. I’d guess that the company made more than one. (Or three.)
Lucy once spoiled the ending of that movie for Linus.
The World War I Flying Ace is on vacation to enjoy the snow.
“Rosebud” is the biggest plot-hole ever. While it spurred the research into Kane’s life, nobody actually heard him say it. He died alone.
I’m sensing an impending mutiny…
OK.
I don’t get it?xxx
Today’s “Thatababy” comic strip:

For those of you who are not into movies made before 2010, this is from “Citizen Kane”, starring Orson Welles….look it up
