“Well rough” is an interesting oxymoron. (For golfers, I suppose “fair rough” would do it, “fairway” being too obvious…….) There’s never an accent in the modern “Andy” and very seldom does it have the ol’ English flavor it used to@Number SixI think you’re right, that the episode would be more amusing if the insult were in the first panel. Then a panel of Andy processing it, THEN chasing the irritating little brat back to wherever he came from!

No self respecting pub would serve iced lemon tea in the first place.
