Opposite of a spit valve?
You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him play the tune.
Actually, Horace touches upon a vast unexplored universe – music made with water. Almost all of our instruments use solids interacting with air. Why no liquids?

That is not the way to play Handel’s water music, especially since the content of the pitch looks like lemonade.
I wonder if Horace makes his own reeds…
Well, you start making reeds by raising cane. ug
I have a 15 year old Granddaughter who plays the Bassoon! She is quite good at it…
