I like the way the medic took care of Tracy’s wounds… very professional! Isn’t he the same guy that was a policeman that responded to Tracy’s call from the embassy?

When a stranger offers me a money order, I always ask him if it is authentic. Can’t be too careful!

This has all the realism of a kindergarten written script. Good grief. And notice that the plane’s fall has changed. Apparently physics has some built in variability that those of us with degrees in it aren’t aware of.

How about mechanical and civil engineers out there? Anybody recognize the mechanisms involved?

Once again continuity problems between different days with how the plane hit the floor and the position of Anja Nu’s legs. Did the plane drop straight down, tail up, or not?

But when it comes to this ending, you have to give props to Locher’s prop prop.

Does Tribune Media Services pay Locher and Brozman with money orders? That could be the inspiration for today’s Crimestoppers.

How often do strangers offer you money orders? That sounds interesting!

A few days ago, Tracy was “running scared” from The Blank. Now that he has other police officers around he’s ready to “go point blank with The Blank”.

So what they’re saying is that it *IS* OK to accept a money order from a stranger, just as long as it’s authentic.

This has got to be the most dangerous Crimestopper’s Notebook yet. Just Google “419 scam” and you’ll learn that many of these scams do, in fact, begin with a stranger sending you a real money order.

I never did like that science museum! Things change right before your eyes! SmithRA noticed that the angle of the plane has mysteriously changed! And the ‘mechanisms’ appear to be parts from a Model T Ford…

Actually I think we’re all getting to be repititiously redundant here lately. And we keep say the same things over and over again too.

If the guy in Snotpicker’s Grabbag is an illegal alien, and the Money Order was given to him by the government, he needs to ask why his new voters registration wasn’t attached.

yes, if a stranger tries to give you a hundred dollar bill that is cream colored and half the size of a dollar bill….. beware!…it’s monopoly money. tell him to go directly to jail and do not pass GO

Treat Locher well, he’s got some tough questions to answer.

Like, why was a WW2 aircraft supported by only one cable attached to its radio antenna— arguably one of the weakest points on the entire airplane?

Why did Anja run from the relatively safe position she had when shooting to the final position right under the nose of the plane?

What happened to the poor dude who got shot on stage?

Why is Tracy always shown as an unspeakable coward until the last scenes when we finally see the tough detective asking questions of the now vanquished (by others) bad guys?

Lastly—- where does the line start to get a job like this????

The Stuka is a distant cousin of Stephen King’s “CHRISTINE” the self-repairing 1957 Plymouth Fury. That overcomes all of the constraints of traditional Newtonian Physics.

The canopy was repaired before it hit the ground, not by someone on the ground.

It today’s panel 1, you can see a jagged rear edge on it.

In panel 3, that edge has been removed…and the number of panels in it have been drastically reduced, indicating the whole canopy was replaced. This is confirmed in panel 1 of Jul 9th…and completely contradicted in panel 3 of Jul 8th.

I’m not even going to mention the new section of canopy that has appeared behind the smashed part (today’s panel 1)..especially since in Jul 7’s panel 3 and Jul 8’s panel 2 the entire canopy has vanished…along with the propeller…only to reappear later.

jt, you are stretching it by even calling it a “story line”. I can think of more descriptive terms, but I don’t want to be knocked off by not being nice.

I hope the damage from the crash has given the Blank some kind of a face at last.

What does it mean for ‘Stuka’ to ‘live up to its name’, which is a compressed form of the German for ‘dive bomber’? It did take a dive, true, but the only ones doing any bombing are Locher and Brozman.

Unless it was the ‘Junkers’ part of the JU 87 designation?
