I was born in Petaluma and went to school there. Recently I revisited and took these photos: https://www.facebook.com/paul.brians.3/media_set?set=a.10153823608263083.1073742083.567193082
When I lived in Santa Rosa I visited Petaluma many times – also drove through it on all my trips down to Sausalito (which my wife absolutely loved – when she wasn’t making me take her over to Bodega Bay). A great area in which to live, and I had NO idea then that those were going to be “the good old days”.

Even in reruns, Peanuts is still more engaging and charming than just about any current comic strip.

I remember when the word “Petaluma” was first mentioned sometime last year and half the comments were “What/Where is Petaluma?”
I know because I was one of them.
