Where in the 3d mansion is that huge window? From the outside, the windows are all tiny.

Must be in the back of the house, *VB*. Yeah, that’s it, the back of the house.

Nothing to go on, eh? Maybe the “special forces” found out the same thing. Or do the special forces search for someone before the detective work is done, waiting for Tracy to look into it?

How many police consultants does this strip have? Or does it only have “special consultants?”

Nothing to go on, just lots and lots of bitter enemies.

Panel Two looks like a good candidate for Fishnet Friday.

Maybe Mr. D’Buckworth was arrested and he’s being held in a d’tention cell. Better follow up on that d’tail, Tracy.

Has Tracy had a chance to look at the “Last Seen, Unusual Activity, and Enemies Report”? What about coordinating things with “Special Forces”? Has anyone called the “Riot Squad”? Maybe Chris Chendo and Half Note have something to do with 3Ds disappearance. After all, they are still on the loose.

Vista Bill….from what the wife is saying that “Enemies Report” must be as thick as a New York City phone book.

I’m already starting to not like this one. When Locher heard “Bring in the clowns”, he took it as his cue. Macy, Enter, Stage Left!

It’s a tough case, maybe he should just give up now!!!

If guy has nothing but enemies, idiot Spacy has lots to go on.

Since when does Dick Tracy use a CELL PHONE?? He’s had a wrist-mounted device since the 40s. sigh

There’s an awful lot of conversation in this strip considering no one ever opens his or her mouth!

Yesterday’s strip: “He has many friends in the house and senate.”

Today’s strip: “All he has are enemies.”

No wonder Macy’s got nothing to go on; nobody in this strip (including the detective himself) can remember what they said yesterday.

PS–VistaBill: It’s the front side of the house. The house is actually ten stories high, which is why the windows just look tiny from the outside. Notice how we don’t see people around the house… in fact, we do, but they’re too small to show up on the page.

OK.. so we can say he had “frienemies” (friendly enemies)…but I’m inclined to agree with billdi.I think the wife had something to do with it.

The cell-phone is to show that Locher doesn’t think the Wrist Geenee is all that important. The latter just used on the odd occasion for a little ’FLASH’ !

Syndey, if this creative team could only pull off a near-carbon copy of Chester Gould’s work, it would be a VAST improvement.

Thanks guys for helping solve my dilemmas. My tired old brain has a hard time keeping up with the fast pace of this strip.
