poor dog is not lost, he ran away.
Poor dog was being obedient. Was told to get out, so he did. Don’t think he ever wants to go back either.
Won’t be seeing that dog again. He’s off to a better life somewhere, like with a motorcycle gang or as Donald Trump’s emotional support service dog. (Can you imagine how rare it was to get leftovers around this bunch?)
