Shop hungry. The sample carts have amazing things nobody would ever think to buy. Load up and you have the menu planned for the week. There is never a beer sample cart next to the hot wings sample cart.

But you can shop with an empty head.
Any excuse works for the Penny’s.
Because they have such tiny mouths, it must take them a lot of time to eat.
