They’re not much on being together inside. They exude certain emanations of a strength sufficient to peel paint, and there’s no blocking ointment for that.
Cloud cover alone is not a very effective in blocking UV rays. Been burned more then once when out on the boat on a overcast day. It just sneaks up on you.
