I guess she’s not very sentimental.

I went to a yard sale and there was this brand new shortwave radio/transmitter. I asked the lady why she was selling it. Her reply, “Yeah, well my husband bought it then up and died.” Said with a tone of annoyance!

I couldn’t afford the radio (it might be cursed… ;-) but bought a 500 piece bag of mil grade transistors circa 1995. $1.00 fits my budget.

A yard sale the day after the wake is a tad too soon, in my opinion. However, I have a friend who had his new-found girlfriend help host his wife’ wake.

After the funeral Burl complained about funeral food.

She shouldn’t have put ‘pair’ on the shoe box, but ‘ea.’ instead.

Being The Dinette Set, I’m surprised the sale wasn’t held right after the service at the church or wherever.

I wonder what the cost is for the whole PM collection (post mortem)

My father tried to sell some of my mom’s clothes to a wealthy woman from their church the day after she died. It was horribly embarrassing.

The shirt is soaked in thallium, just in case Joy is interested.
