Someone at church had bought 130v lightbulbs from a charity and put them in all of the hall lights. The men’s church maintenance committee wanted me to buy new paint because all of the hallways looked stained and needed repainting. I replaced the bulbs with daylight twisted fluorescent bulbs (this was 2004), reduced power consumption from 150w to 22w per fixture and increased light output, and didn’t have to paint.

Dale was too polite to say it…

The university where I worked in the late 70’s changed all fluorescent lights on a regular schedule. The theory was that as they aged they started using more electricity.

Dim lighting with this crew is probably a good thing. Close up and well lit could be just plain scary.

Don’t get me started.

poor clown….always gets stuck in a picture frame in THAT house………
