People that will laugh at anything are not what I would refer to as comedians.

That is bad comedy

Comedic connoisseur of Dad jokes. Everyone’s a critic.

Actually, Burl doesn’t get it, either. He thinks the joke is really that they can’t have cantaloupe tonight. He’s thinking, “It’s funny ‘cause it’s true. Cantaloupe is a lot of work.”

So that’s how it works?

The Oaf is at best an insult comic. Then again, to even remotely suggest he belongs in that category is a tremendous insult to such masters as Jack E. Leonard, Don Rickles, etc.

I don’t think Dale did anything. In fact, he may not be breathing.
