We have Mortons, Diamond Crystal Kosher, Himalayan, Malden flake, and Hawaiian black salt. I’m an impulse shopper.

Remembering that this IS Crustwood, I might agree with her. No telling where they source their generic salt. For all we know, it might be condensed from old bra rinse.

Different kinds of salt do differ in salinity. Salts also differ in flavors. It’s nice to have a variety.
