What are Italian lights? I did a web search, and the results just showed a variety of lights, from regular bulbs to lamps to chandeliers, none suitable for decorating a Christmas tree.
This would have been funnier if the trees had been in a forest. These trees could easily be on a parkway- and decorated.I”m guessing a star is the “Find-it”.

The local Botanical Gardens does a gorgeous display. Google Garden of Lights Norfolk to see some.
