I’m surprised Dick doesn’t take the cop’s statement as a suggestion and get a tattoo on his own body so he can be more easily identified.

I got an idea! Let’s repeat the dialogue we’ve had already, for continuity, and draw the police station all different, to move the plot forward! :D

I think they found his body in a swamp. This might be the first clue as to where he is.

My theory is that 3D is still alive as a beggar, having renounced the world since it was not worthy of him. He used the body of a dead homeless person to fake his own death. However, someone sold him the tattoo supplies and can provide a clue. I’m not sure that you can tattoo a dead body (I think it requires blood flow), but that shouldn’t be a problem for the DT strip.

shouldn’t spacy go to the crime scene and investigate? then maybe go to the morgue? oh wait, sorry, that would be real detective work…forgot myself there.

Diet Smith is getting senile and replaced Tracy’s wrist phone with a 9-key cell phone.

Oh no!!! Police headquarters is melting! On August 3rd, there was a portico over the entrance that has collapsed and the sign was supported by a structure that has melted. Finally something interesting is happening!

Or better yet, get the body to the morgue and take the tattoo to Mrs. D’Buckworth for identification.

OldTracy has detected ‘MOVEMENT’ in that Police HQ office building in Naperville. He’s better than New Tracy who knows it’s D’Buckworth before seeing the body, and failed to spot the “red-herring” that’s coming !

I do believe it’s ALIVE and ‘BREATHING’ and every time it inhales and exhales the outer chest cage changes, accounting for the shift and dynamic shape.

We have to congratulate Locher for introducing this new ART technique to comic strips. And perhaps Brozman for his ZEAL in ‘INKING’ them in, EXACTLY as Locher penciled them.

He has already made his mark with the FACES of HQ characters as seen in Junior and in Lizz.

what kind of tattoo would tracy have? a cute puppy? a chicken inspector badge? a tramp stamp?
