In the fall?! Eek! What’s happening in August and part of September?

The fall? Oh my!

Negative waves will live on here, whether the Ekert is here on not. Just a little negativelty on my part.

Hmmmm… I smell cartoonist on holiday!

At the rate things are going, this fall will be too late, Wiley!

Ekert returns just in time for the mid-term elections. Perfect.

Wiley has just created the first comic strip cliff hanger! It’s like “Who shot J.R.” all over again!

I agree with WaitingMan, Ekert will have a LOT of fodder in the political mud-slinging this fall!

By the time Ekert goes through 6 billion people, it will become 10 times larger than the earth. It will then float out into space where it will continue to absorb all negitive thought, and all the people of the earth will bow down and worship it.

can anyone tell me where the name EKERT came from????

Personally, I think it is time for the fearless mariner, Capt Eddie to fill us with wonder and amazement with his tales of daring-do. As a native New Englander, I can appreciate story of Down East.

GAD ZOOKS, Wiley,…the FALL!!!??? Sheesh, this is going to be worse than when Piccard was assimilated by the Borg and we had to wait all summer for the sequel. OH, the humanity………

If Wiley is going on vacation, maybe we’ll get a “guest cartoonist” like we sometimes do here, instead of reruns like we get on everyone else’s strip.

I agree with Dry…(at least Wiley knows he’ll have people waiting to see what happens!!)

Alas, poor Ekert I knew him well…well I don’t really know him, google is clueless on the subject. Perhaps someone has more insight as we head into “The Feeding Frenzy of Fall”.

Hope all is well with you, Wiley, and that you have a great vacation. Will be watching for Ekert in September. Hope he can absorb some of the negative political energy that seems to grow with every passing day. He will return in time for quite a feast.
