Time to unplug from fossil fuels, that has helped to put us under the threat of AGW. No doubts really, just how fast and how hard it will hit us be 2100 or even as early as 2050. We are getting plenty of effects now, but it will get far worse before it might get better in 100,000 years.

Way behind. The US has oil/gas reserves greater than Saudi Arabia and is well on its way to energy independence. We don’t need OPEC any more.
