I don;t even have to EAT a doughnut; only to LOOK at one, and I gain almost a pound. I avoid doughnuts altogether now.

Marcy’s right; rapid weight loss is dangerous. One month of “eating right and exercising” wouldn’t take off 80 pounds. It’s also a sad fact: the faster you take it off, the faster you will gain it back.
