Thom, you might have put in too much. Human pattern recognition can get overwhelmed by too many surprises.

Already I’ve spotted what I think are two extra faces and what could be a couple of figures, but those figures may have nothing to do with objective reality.

Aaaargh!

Lord, get me through this one and I promise never to look at THOM’s comic for more than twenty minutes. I’ll take my pills faithfully and never, ever miss another therapy appointment again..

Look at those biceps on Barry!

I THINK both of Barry’s arms have a face … right is on the bicep femoris (vert. slit eyes) left is on the biceps brachii (and is smiling).

bleeep it, I wood like to stop having to analyze my comics in the morning!

Yeah, both of the main character trees are multifaceted so to speak.

Maintaining the same yoga pose for that long can strain your lumber vertabrae…

I see two more faces in the tree on the right, on is a woman with long hair holding her finger to her lips. I see faces in the middle trees also, including Gonzo from the Muppets on the top of the left middle tree.

Thom, WOW………I stopped counting at 10….

Barry has also been sporting wood for as long as I can remember.

I’m confused. Who is talking in the comic? I don’t see any faces. Nope, no faces at all.

So many comments about a lumber pile!

This comic reminds me of what Abraham Lincoln replied when accused of being two-faced:

“If I were two-faced, would I be wearing this one?”
