Recently, I was at an absolutely gorgeous wonder of nature. It was one that required quite a bit of hiking and scrambling up rocks to get to. My buddy and I finally made it there, and we were taking quite a bit of time just soaking it all in and watching birds fly and little creatures run around. Then a young couple came on the scene. They walked up to the edge of the scene, slapped their selfie stick onto the guy’s iPhone, smiled wide smiles on cue, took a few shots, resumed their previous serious expressions, and promptly left. We were stunned. Is this really what it has come to?

So, Rat, how’s that presidential campaign going?

… sounds like Rat has been taking his cue from Carl Reiner.The legendary Carl Reiner has invented what he affectionately refers to, asthe ‘selfishie’ … when ‘selfies’ are taken, it means that someone blocks out everyone else in the pic, with their ‘big (selfish) head’. lol
