First thought sloth was just some curse word. But now I get it. Those animals are called sengångare (latewalkers literally) in Swedish.

it looks like Jarvis is trying to kill him in the most passive way possible. I’m guessing he hopes the little brat dies of a heart attack by age 20 so he can enjoy an early retirement.
